Thomas sees JA’s mission as a way to help students build confidence and prepare for life beyond the classroom.
Junior Achievement invites young people to imagine what is possible for their lives and futures. By connecting classroom lessons to real-world money skills, jobs, and entrepreneurship, JA helps students see how their choices today influence tomorrow. Through hands-on programs and volunteer mentors, kids and teens gain practical tools to manage money, explore careers, and pursue dreams that feel within reach.
