Darien supports The Shade Tree, a nonprofit partnering directly with the Raiders and a vital partner in the fight against domestic violence.
The Shade Tree provides safe shelter and essential services for homeless and abused women and women with children in crisis. In addition to emergency shelter, they offer programs that support stability, healing, and long-term self-reliance. By connecting women and families to resources, counseling, and skills-building opportunities, The Shade Tree helps them move toward safer, more independent futures.
