Arik Armstead is channeling his platform into the Armstead Academic Project, creating college and career pathways for middle and high school students who might otherwise go without guidance or opportunity. Through hands-on exposure to real-world jobs, he and his wife, Mindy, are helping young people — regardless of background — build the confidence and direction to shape their own futures.
