The PTSD Foundation of America
“To be able to honor an organization that is rooted in unwavering faith this only felt right.”
The PTSD Foundation of America helps veterans find peace after the battles end, turning a grassroots effort on the streets of Houston into a lifeline for warriors across the country. At the heart of its work is Camp Hope, a six-to-nine-month residential program in Houston that combines peer support, mentorship, job preparation, and weekly sessions with licensed healthcare professionals to address the whole person at no cost to veterans or their families. There is no other place like it in the United States, and with nearly half of participants graduating from the program, Camp Hope is helping veterans move from surviving to truly living again.
