Mental Health

Hope Means Nevada
Hope Means Nevada is a statewide initiative supported by the Nevada Medical Center that focuses on the mental health of teens. Through accessible resources, ongoing support, community events, and open conversations about mental fitness, they work to reduce teen suicide and help young people feel less alone. Hope Means Nevada supports youth in finding help, building resilience, and believing that their lives are worth fighting for.
Merging Vets & Players
Merging Vets & Players empowers combat veterans and professional athletes to thrive once the uniform comes off. Through fitness, health, and wellness programs, they support members as they rebuild structure, community, and purpose in civilian life. By bringing these high-performing groups together, Merging Vets & Players reminds them that their strength, discipline, and teamwork still matter—and can be used to build a meaningful next chapter.
Darnay is supporting mental health awareness because of the resilience he developed through personal adversity, including witnessing his father survive being shot seven times. That experience taught him the importance of emotional strength, purpose, and healing—values he now wants to share with others facing mental health challenges.
