Whisper
Whisper creates space for the kind of conversations students rarely get but deeply need. In a world where young people can pass through an entire day without feeling truly seen, Whisper offers weekly gatherings where honesty is welcomed and connection is encouraged. They give students the skills and the room to explore who they are, build strong relationships, and reach their social potential. Because meaningful connection isn’t a luxury; it’s a lifeline.
Practice of Peace (POP)
Practice of Peace is a New York City nonprofit supporting people experiencing homelessness — including asylum seekers — through shelter, stability, and compassionate care. By integrating Health Realization principles into their work, they address the mental health factors tied to homelessness and trauma, helping individuals reconnect with their resilience and rebuild their lives.
“I chose these two organizations because I am a huge believer in their cause. Whisper brings awareness to social barriers in our school systems that make kids feel left out and subject to bullying. POP promotes peace in schools, prisoners and spreads awareness to the fact that everyone can change and make an impact.”

Lane Johnson is helping veterans rediscover purpose through service

Lane Johnson was deeply moved by veterans and Gold Star families who shared how meaningful service after the military can rebuild purpose and connection. That’s why he’s championing the Travis Manion Foundation, where veterans mentor students and strengthen character in communities nationwide. By uplifting those who continue to lead long after the uniform comes off, Lane is honoring America’s heroes and helping ensure they have the support and purpose they deserve.
