“Every student, no matter their socioeconomic status, deserves direct access to the resources they need to thrive.”
Founded by Arik Armstead, the Armstead Academic Project is breaking cycles of inequity through education. What began as a football camp has evolved into a movement that’s invested more than $2 million to empower over 4,500 youth in Sacramento and the Bay Area. By providing academic and emotional support, the project helps students find confidence, stability, and the belief that their dreams are within reach.
